At the core of our message is our “house of success,” which consists of a foundation, three pillars, and a roof of success.  At the foundation are the seven intelligences where we believe that everyone is intelligent and we all have the opportunity for intellectual growth. 

The first pillar in our house is personal discovery where one must gain the soft skills of personal awareness, positive thinking, discipline and goal setting before they can strive for personal improvement. 

Our second pillar is personal development where one must learn the concrete skills of decision making, study skills, life organization, and effective communication which will help them obtain tools in order to move towards a successful and fulfilling life. 

The third pillar is personal relationships where one must learn about positive relationships, peer pressure, conflict resolution, and understanding cultures in an effort to make sure they can properly function in society on their way towards reaching their goals. 

Lastly is our roof of personal success where one learns to make their dreams come true through principles such as work ethic, financial management, healthy lifestyles, and entrepreneurship.
