lifeskills 411™ is a unique organization that combines interactive programs and services,  as well as the use of cutting edge technology to motivate youth in becoming strong leaders at school, home, work and in the community.   We teach youth skills that will help them be successful in the job of life.  We believe that life is a full time job; therefore, life requires effort and preparation to succeed.  With this in mind, we help youth learn and develop the necessary life skills that will make this road much traveled, easier to navigate.

Our mission is to grow the lifeskills 411™ community through interactive summits, virtual learning, and a strong social network dedicated to life skills and success intelligence, while maintaining partnerships that create awareness and provide opportunities for the youth we serve. Our vision is to be the largest life skills intelligent community of success driven youth.

Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy is to focus on the values and needs of the students.  At the core of our organization is Michael E. Parker’s ground breaking philosophy of Value-Centered Management.  Through this fundamental philosophy we provide a Value-Centered Educational experience for each individual that participates in our program, where all of our work activities are based around what the student’s value.

Value-Centered Education

We have come to realize that at the heart of a Value-Centered Education are the students themselves.  We believe that the main focus of each student should be their education while developing a positive point-of-view where their education is concerned.  This being the case, we believe that each one of our students value a positive educational experience.
